"The building is quite old, with only a few cosmetic updates in the rooms. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the mattress was very uncomfortable—you could feel the springs while sleeping. On the positive side, the host was very friendly and professional, which we appreciated. Breakfast included a few options; I enjoyed the ham and cheese sandwich and French toast as it reminded me of childhood in Bulgaria, but my partner found it hard to have the same options every morning."

The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. "It's a great 3 star hotel, all amenities are good. The Jacuzzi and sauna were amazing after a day of skiing. Very convenient located, just 3 minutes by car to the gondola. Close to the main street with restaurants at walkable distance. Very nice staff. We will definitely be back next year and stay here again. "

"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. "Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down side was that on arrival to the apartment it was so hot and no thermostat on the room to turn the temperature down, I asked at reception to reduce temp but still warm so slept with the windows open. All areas of this apartment were clean and staff were approachable and helpful. It is situated a short walk away from the main ski resort with loud bars which was perfect for us as it was quiet. Would definitely return to this apartment complex."
