"I am really upset with your booking. My hotel was paid for 4 nights, got there at 12 midnight and i was informed, i didnt have a booking. Can you imagine how i felt after 8 hours driving?? NO BOOKING. I was told by the receptionist that expedia and booking dot com are notorious for stuffing up the bookings. Please refund my money. I WILL NEVER USE Expedia AGAIN!! "
