"Our room overlooked a river, an old water mill and green fields where goats wandered around, so we loved the location ! We also loved the restaurant - the chef’s seasonal specials were scrumptious and the service was perfect. It’s a great place to stay - the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We’ll be back! "

"Die Lage in den Bergen ist wunderschön. Das hoteleigene Fitnessraum fand ich toll. Endlich gute, stabile Geräte! Das Frühstück war auch gut. Das Einzige was mich gestört hat, waren irgendwelche Geräte (Küche, Klimaanlage), die Tag und Nacht liefen, weswegen ich die Fenster im Schlafzimmer zu haben musste. Komme aber gerne wieder."

"Overall we had great 24 hrs stay here with my friends. Staff was helpful, food was great, rooms comfy, pools and sauna very good, outside area for activities excellent. "

"No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. Did not receive any refund or discount for lack of hot water in room. Due to overcrowding in spa, noise both evenings from staff in...

"They only cleaned the room once over a 4 day stay. There is no phone in the room so if you need anything, like toilet paper, you have to go downstairs."
