"This hotel is on a pedestrian sidewalk so there is no vehicle noise. The bed was so comfortable. The room was really nicely decorated. There is a fridge in the room with water bottles and coffee and tea as well. Lovely place to stay. "

"The good: The owners are delightful, they make very good food and excellent wine, and they made us feel welcome and at home. They went above and beyond to show us a reputable rental shop and the best hot springs, and made the holidays really special. The skiing is close enough to walk, and there is a jacuzzi and sauna on site. The main strip of bars/restaurants is close, but not so close that it's noisy. "The building is quite old, with only a few cosmetic updates in the rooms. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the mattress was very uncomfortable—you could feel the springs while sleeping. On the positive side, the host was very friendly and professional, which we appreciated. Breakfast included a few options; I enjoyed the ham and cheese sandwich and French toast as it reminded me of childhood in Bulgaria, but my partner found it hard to have the same options every morning."
