"I booked a room at Flamingo Ceria After arriving they informed me that they moved me to Flamingo Avia, a sister property. The bed was decent, the shower was tiny, but small. The AC worked. The restaurant up top had a limited menu, but it was tasty."

"Habíamos reservado y pagado una noche en este hotel hacia 2 meses. Cuando llegamos nos dicen que esta todo completo, y nos quieren ofrecer una habitación en otro hotel de calidad inferior. Al protestar y no aceptar estas condiciones, no comentan de otro hotel de calidad equivalente al Cahaya prometiéndonos que tiene lavabo interior. Al llegar al mismo hotel, comprobamos que el lavabo no es interior en un lugar como Labuan Bajo con riesgo de malaria. Al volver a protestar a la propietaria,...

"To be fair and honest, this property is what it is. Our room was 35 USD for one night, it came with a shower, a bed and morning breakfast... The staff were absolutely amazing, if any issue arose a simple talk to somebody at the front desk and the problem was solved. Nothing critical but the staff was absolutely fantastic. The property is easily walkable from the downtown harbor, there's a Starbucks and I believe a Kentucky fried Chicken, but the gem of this little city is the street right above...

"Skrækkeligt hotel. Personalet kunne ikke finde vores reservation, da vi fik et værelse måtte vi bede om håndklæder og toiletpapir, lagner var beskidte. Der var ingen rengøring på værelset i de 3 dage vi var der, måtte igen bede og rene håndklæder og toiletpapir... Der var ellers rigeligt med personale. Der var ingen information om stedet og der var svært at kommunikere med personalet, vi kunne læse os til i andre anmeldelser at der var en cafe som havde morgenmad, men ingen fortalte os om det...
