"Staff was very eager to help. Air conditioner was very effective specially since I was there in July (temps around 105 most of the day). The food at the restaurant was exceptional."

"Regarding this hotel, I can say that everything is good, especially the view of the pyramids if you want to stay close to them. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are very kind and welcoming.
However, please note that if you are looking to book a tour, the hotel does offer tours, but I recommend booking through a website before your flight. The prices at the hotel are quite high, and the guide was not experienced, so it felt like a waste of money."
