Zimmer sauber, aber eher etwas älter. Immer wieder gerne!"

"Staying in Bad Steben was a highlight of our trip to Germany. There were 7 of us in 3 rooms - 3 generations and the Villa suited us all exceedingly well. Christina went above and beyond to host us and help us with sightseeing ideas. We spent a day at the thermal spa, another day visiting Bamberg and after we checked out we visited the Museum in Mödlareuth - excellent outdoor and indoor tribute to life behind the Iron curtain. The breakfast was beautifully displayed and so delicious! Everything...

"Preisleistungsverhältnis perfekt. Kleines Hotel mit einfachen Zimmer und Betten. Kein 5 Sterne Hotel aber...... ein ganz lieb geführtes Haus von einem ganz lieben Ehepaar. Da es ein kleines Hotel ist verfügt das Haus nicht über ein riesiges Frühstücksbufett aber.... Riesen Auswahl, klein gehalten wird immer wieder frisch nachgereicht. Mind. 8 Sorten Käse und mind. 12 Sorten Wurst. Tolle Auswahl an frisch geschnitten Obst Brötchen, Toast und sogar lecker Stollen. Man wurde freundlich vom Chef...

"nice experience the family run hotel was very pleasant the staff were great nothing was a problem even though i arrived late in the night Helda was prepared to make me something to eat . i was too tired and i did not think it was fair to put her through all that trouble. i will definately come back"

Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"We only had one night here, would have liked to stay more. The hotel has its own restaurant for lunch and dinner in a separate building a minutes walk from rhe accommodation. Really good local food. Our room was quite a bit larger than expected and spotless. No hesitation in recommending this as a very good place to stay."

"Wir waren als Fam. mit einem Kind 9 Nächte im Hotel mit HP. Auf unsere Essenwünsche wurde sehr gut eingegangen. (Laktoseintoleranz) W-Lan Empfang war ausreichend könnte noch besser sein. Der Haupteingang zur Rezeption, ist von der Straße aus gesehen, aufgrund der überwachsenden Sträucher und Bäume schlecht erkennbar."

"Auch wenn das Restaurant in buntem neuem Charme glänzt, bleiben die Zimmer alt und die Matratzen extrem durchgelegen. Auch wenn man in den Zimmer mit bunten Vorhängen und Deko versucht hat, ebenfalls einen modernen Stil zu erreichen, hätte man lieber in neue Matratzen oder Stühle/ Schränke investieren sollen. Das Restaurant, für die Leistung überteuert, bietet merkwürdige Zusammenstellungen, da man Klöße nur sonntags erhält, den Braten dann aber gerne mit Nudeln oder anderen Beilagen essen kann....
