"Hatten WE nur mit Frühstück gebucht, Fr. Abendessen im Hotel lange Wartezeiten.
Sa. nach langem Warten kein Abendessen im Hotel möglich, angeblich Überbuchung.
Das ist kein Service am Gast, keine Alternative angeboten.
Darüber waren wir sehr enttäuscht.
