"Although the hotel was good there were a few problems. It took too much time to get hot water in the bathroom. Too much water had to be wasted before you start getting hot water. This was not eco friendly at all. Service was excellent but waiters were always expecting more tips. Almost haggled. They put us in the corner building which had no open view at all. "Experience with Expedia was worst, as Expedia sent me confirmation of booking but hotel didn’t accept it as they didn’t receive the booking. Hotel manager and staff, no service at all. Room conditions were bad. No cleanliness. And hotel took the double payment over the top as Expedia didn’t send them booking. This was terrible terrible experience. My check in was late night so hotel charged me double the amount which was really frustrating."
