3 Star Hotels in Sonanadi Wildlife Sanctuary, Uttarakhand

"Booked through Hotels.com really disappointed with recent booking made for Rio Resort in Lansdowne. Hotel never got the booking/was sold out and took 4-5 hours/talking to 4-5 reps to try to get alternate hotel which was ok ok. All this while driving to a supposed relaxed weekend! Never again will I book with you. The Rio resort staff were rude and washed their hands of any responsibility also. On another call they told my husband she will try and book us in another hotel and never called back...

"Parking was difficult to do and away from the faciltity. WiFi was spotty. Place was generally run down. This condition is not unusual for hotels in Lansdowne. "

"Room is good. Location is also nice. Problem is the staff is way tooo too slow in everything, like if you order food it will take them 2-3 hours to just prepare a simple dish. Even if you order water, you need to remind them 2-3 times to just get the water bottle. They served the breakfast at 10:30 am in morning. Wifi is terrible there, it did not worked at all. Also, there is lot of noise there. There is a group who keep singing sad song over speaker, it started at late evening and continued...

"CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE STAY AS AT THIS LOCATION YOU GET EVERYTHING ( PRETTY MUCH ) AS YOU DESIRE . RESORT PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY KEEP YOUR REQUEST . BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED GARDEN AND OUTDOOR SITTINGS . VERY GOOD PLACE TO UNWIND AND RELAX . JUST GO FOR IT . "
