"Staff is friendly. Place is a rip off apartment is so small you literally cannot open or close doors to the rooms. There is zero closet space, towels were just disgusting bed sheets were not clean sand literally in the bed and everywhere in the beds. View of lake was amazing balcony was amazing. Ac didn’t work in one bedroom. It has good kitchen and was ok if there is two people staying there. Otherwise don’t go, place is a rip off unless you like to overpay."

"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. "It’s a holiday hotel and it was off peak season so we could see only this hotel operating in that area .. wonderful and helpful staff. Good breakfast . Rooms are OK, ACs not working properly and we changed a room of the two still the AC had issues. Sure they will fix it before next season. Overall great location , wonderful staff and area was closely by to many restaurants etc"
