This is not the worst part yet, my room number is 99. That room was next to a generator or something that works on and off every five minutes. I could not sleep at all. I called the front desk to complain after 2 am but they are not picking up my calls. I had to check our at 3:30 am. "

"This very friendly, simple and comfortable property couldn't be in a better location situated on the glorious Dahiriz, Salalah beach. We opted to have breakfast every morning for the four days that we stayed and it was really worthwhile. Fahad cooked and served and it was varied and delicious. Our room looked straight on to the beach where, if you are lucky, you will see dolphins swimming by. Would we return? Yes - in a heartbeat!"

"Very good hotel. Located on the outskirts of Salalah, in a quiet place. Spacious rooms, in fact we were given full-scale one bedroom apartment! Fantastic service, special thanks to Sri-Lankan chief Mohammed and waiter Saif. Breakfast was amazing, we stayed 5 days and there were 5 different sets of food for breakfast. "This has got to be one of the best value places in Salalah, or Oman. We had some difficulty finding it because there is more than one hotel in Salalah with Star House in the name and the property didn’t have an exact address on the reservation, only the street name. We had a full kitchen with in suite laundry, living area, bathroom, bedroom, and balcony for 10 OMR per night—hard to beat that in Oman. "There is something very magical about Souly Lodge. You expect service, cleanliness -which was 10/10 btw. But the sense of openness, freedom and nature. Wow. "Resort is located very near to sea . Those who love beach it’s amazing. Very good service by staff specially “Kasim” and other 2 cleaning staffs. Room is very neat and tidy.
