"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. "When we arrived our reservation was already taken and we didn't have a place to stay, so staff offered apartments next to the property and breakfast instead. We paid and reserved and didn't know what to do, because we got the reservation number and they couldn't find it. It was unprofessional of them but we agreed to take the apartment which they offered because we couldn't find any at the moment."
