An American family next to us had the same experience. It seemed the Spanish guests were getting preferential treatment. Tea and coffee in the rooms would be nice as well, something other Parador hotels offer."

"Een prachtige lokatie hoog in de bergen met heel veel wandelroutes. we hadden alleen een kamer aan de achterkant, zonder uitzicht. De spa bleek niet te werken en dus niet toegankelijk. Het ontbijt was compleet maar zonder verse jus d’orange. De diners waren goed, maar je werd wel bediend alsof je halfpension had geboekt en dat hadden wij niet. 2 tijdslots dus werd allemaal wel snel achterelkaar opgediend. Verder prima."

"The Diamo is a beautiful hotel with a fabulous view of the valley. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and offered a good choice of cold ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, croissant, toast, jam & butter etc.and the coffee was excellent. We don’t speak Spanish but the staff spoke English, French and Spanish so we were able to communicate very well. We did not have dinner in the hotel but did...

Did not like staff did not provide all the information about the parking. They initially said there is just pay parking.
