"All they is want the money that's it they don't care about the customer need ....from which state the people are comming nothing matters to them ....I have already book the hotel before travelling bt when I reached the hotel they say that we don't have any room available ....and infront of uss they have the room to other person in a high price "

"Rooms were old, dated and dirty. The hotel was closed by the government, therefore most rooms and restaurant were sealed off. The overall condition of the property was dirty and unhygienic "

"First time I have booked this hotel on Hotels.com and paid all payment in advance. but when I reached their hotel murliwale refuse to give me room. They said they have received no booking information from Hotels.com. More than 1 hour my time wasted their and after that Hotels.com arrange other hotel for me but the 2nd one hotel is poor. I have no option to take that. Never book hotel on hotels.com"
