"Overall, customer service was very poor from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. The room had some water damage, the hot water didn't stay warm for more than five minutes, and the rollaway bed which we paid N10,000 for was actually a twin mattress which was placed on the floor. There was some false advertising with regard to the prepaid breakfast buffet; although we specified that there were two people in the room; we were asked to pay for one breakfast - N4,000."

"My stay was fine. Hotel staff were friendly. The size of the traditional room and the beds were good. It was clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant which is served as buffet, was warm and decent. However, the bathroom was a little bit cramped. The towels provided had stains and no shower gel or shampoo was provided. "Very disappointed on arrival after booking and paying online only to be told there was nothing in their system as they had stopped doing business with their online partners (Hotels.com) which I later found out to be untrue. I was made to make another cash payment at the desk to avoid being stranded on the streets, deceitful and dubious. "

"The shower was broken ,nothing works properly in this hotel , the kettle in the room was rotten nothing is clean even the pool was full dead insects and the breakfast was rubbish no buffet because there wasn't enough guests . It was like an uncompleted building because of the renovation been carried out with dust everywhere . We left after a day out of nine days booked in this hotel in short they ruined my holiday in Warri and I'm never going back there ."
