"The staff seemed to be upset with me when I cancelled our breakfast reservations for the next morning. The next morning when asked if we were eating they were surprised that we weren't even though I had cancelled the night before. No elevator......difficult to carry suitcases up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Wish we would have seen this when searching for a place to stay. Didn't see that this was mentioned when looking at the amenities of the hotel. Staff wasn't very helpful with finding our...

"The room was super clean and has everything I needed for the trip. The personel there were very nice. The breakfast is great. Love it! Btw,the place is only 3-4 minutes walk from the main station, which makes it very convenient. To the city, where the nice restaurants are, one would walk about 5-10 minutes. "
