"This place is in a perfect location. A hundred different places to eat within walking distance. I felt pretty safe walking around. Walked back from the Boulevard one night alone with no issues. Actually I felt safer than walking the streets of Phoenix or Minneapolis at night. Cheap rates, clean rooms, good A/C. The port is super close. Staff is really nice and helpful. Security is great and always greets you. Opens doors ect. No complaints. This is my second time staying here. "

They were friendly and kind, so I have no complaints about the people working there . I had made reservations for 24 days left after the first and was not given any type of a refund for the rest of the month. Was not happy about that since it was mostly because of the conditions of the room "
