"I actually liked the place once I arrived in the spacious double queen room area. Our balcony overlooking the little rapids had the sounds of birds, geese, and water flowing over the boulders. Fun to watch tubers ride the little rapids for the first time. We sat in the rocking chairs on our balcony and played cards and truly relaxed. "Beautiful and peaceful hotel, especially the pool area. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Ryan, the concierge was outstanding in terms of helping our family celebrate our special occasion at the hotel. Room overlooking the pool area was very nice and tranquil. Sleeping with the French doors open to the warm Savannah summer evening was wonderful, with no issues with outside noise or bugs.
