"The staff is really kind and helpful! The “two sisters” at the reception, Charlie at the buffet were very nice. The buffet is very good and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The only downside is the spa is not hot (if you pay for premium) and we didn’t really enjoy the pools because we were outside all day during our stay. I wouldn’t recommend to pay for the premium pools in September. It is not worth it while there is no as much people who are staying there at the end of the high season."

"All areas very clean. Rooms need updating. This is a very good hotel but a few minor alterations could make it excellent. So for example, no mineral water is provided in the rooms except for on the day of arrival. Waiting staff look miserable with the exception of a few who were excellent. The cost of having a safe is expensive 12 euros for a week. Not enough tables outside in the main restaurant. Rooms should have robes and slippers. A few minor points but if these were addressed the hotel would get 5 stars from me instead of 4."

"Visited in April 2026. Second time there, fantastic place to stay, wonderful staff. Very happy to help. They even changed our TV when ours did not work properly, this was done in a very speedy and non intrusive way. The staff are very attentive. Money well spent. We will go back next year!
