"PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. I will give you many reasons but above all, they will not only not listen to you. They will rob you, lie to you and then accuse YOU of rejecting help. 1. We booked the executive room for the space for our family that comes with a KING bed. What a joke. It was a full. Not even a queen. Then, when we told them they had the AUDACITY to say, “it’s a king bed for that room.” (What does that mean??) Then, when hotels.com intervened they told them “ Unfortunately though,...

"I should've been in here by 2 pm. But i got here little late. They had me waited for long time. They were gossiping with each other, laughing using phones. But rather than that everything else was cool. Food is expensive here. Outside food is not allowed. Water bottle is only given upon requested."

"On my next trip to Bangladesh I’m staying here again. Grate location, extremely close to the airport. The only negative thing to say is that Gym is somewhat of a joke. I’m 6,2 and I touched the ceiling with my forearm. The equipment was not working properly. If they can fix that, this place is awesome. "

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent the food was superb my children loved it for the price I’ve paid I believe I’ve got a bargain. As a single father of two young children I’m always on the lookout for safety and I must say this place is very secured. Our overall experience was splendid thanks to the staff at the hotel. "
