I pre paid though Expedia but upon walking to our room I was told my credit card didn’t work but they had someone else credit card on my file. It was very odd. I didn’t end up getting charged extra but it seemed alittle odd. Also our booking said checkout was 11 am and they told us checkout was 10 am. Not sure if this was Expedia’s issue or the hotels. "The staff was helpful and amiable. The restaurant service acceptable Could not get WiFi for my computer in the room, had to go down to the reception to use it. The bathroom is poorly designed; No bathtub, and the shower water spills all over the floor. No basket for the soap in the shower. Not a single hook to hang the used towels or any other thing"
