Minuspunkte: Einige Lampen im Zimmer scheinen schon länger nicht mehr zu funktionieren (Kastenbeleuchtung), TV Empfang zeitweise stark gestört. "It is small enough to be cozy but large enough to have a good level of service. It was convenient to my destination and close to the main highway. "Very good hotel, very good location at 20-30 min walking distance to all the citycenter touristic attractions. Room very clean, spacious, furniture in good condition. Unfortunately hotel restaurant wasn't work during our stay, yet plenty of other restaurants available in the close neighborhood. Breakfast very good, fresh food, many variants. Air conditioning system works only with central system settings, my room thermostat was unable to change setpoint, probbably due to the hotel policy."

"Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "

The balcony has 2 chairs but no table; the ('Superior') bedroom has only one chair; there is no curtain/blind over the glass balcony door to keep out the early morning light; there is no independent control for the elctronically controlled main window curtains; there is no bedside table on one side of the bed; the toilet has a pointless electronic control panel; there is no heated towel rail. "Staff was very nice allowed us having dinner after close time at 8PM. However, we travelled for business and this is not a right choice for it. I booked 5 weeks in advanced and got a disabled room with explanation this is the only available room. After several discussion with receptionist they change the room for me, but at first glance they don't have any other room. The 2nd room I got was much bigger, but heating system was generating noise so had to turn it off. room was very cold then....

"The stay was mostly OK, but there are a few issues. The hotel keeps mentioning again and again soundproofing in the description of the rooms and amenities, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately I found no proof whatsoever that this claimed "soundproofing" actually exists. Both the noise from the nearby road, which has a lot of traffic even at night, and from the neighboring rooms was quite high. I could clearly hear the cars passing on the road, and the neighbors...
