"Short 1night stay for early morning flight to Auckland. So my comments can only be brief. All in all pleasant stay and excellent customer service from the Reception - young lady very helpful with my requests. Will surely stay again when I return to Napier for a visit."

Location is great, just on the edge of the main shopping strip but still convenient. Only a short walk to reach takeaways and shops.
