"Nice stay, the luxury chalet is so lovely. The staff were nice enough, breakfast was fine. There are a lot of ants however in the rooms. It also would’ve been nice to know prior to our stay that there was construction going on to build a lift. The stairs are certainly not for the faint hearted. The pool area was nice but other than that the hotel amenities are limited. "

Es waren alle sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen, es wurde auch ein Meet-Greet veranstaltet. Essen und Trinken ist relativ teuer, da noch 10% Service Charge und 31% Steuern hinzugefügt werden. " it was surprise to me when I reached the hotel and had to leave it since it is nothing like the mis leading deceiving pictures where the hotel was extremely dirty, deserted, the bed with pee stains, hygiene zero and 3 guys managing it who has zero hygiene and didn’t look like they are running the place which was quite creepy. Don’t be fooled by review and pictures. I had to leave and didn’t get refund so do hotels.com didn’t refund me when I reported the issue in the same moment. I had to lose...
