"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

"We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. "

"We didn’t know quite what to expect from a “Homestay” what a great experience. The property is a short walk from the beach We had a lovely spacious room. Air conditioning & Wi Fi Marco Polo and his team were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay so relaxing. "Enjoyed our stay here. This was our first vacation post COVID. We made up for all that we missed because of COVID. Would recommend a good lake view room. Also take a stroll outside the resort along the river. Don't miss the speed boat ride, you will go through narrow river lanes and low bridges. There is a small jetty for speed boat and shikara within the property itself. Thanks for all the staff for making this memorable,"

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely lake-side setting - very peaceful. Reception organised a kayak tour for me, which was good fun. I'd an issue with the TV, and the hotel Technician was at my room within 5 minutes of me mentioning it. He determined it was broken, and brought a new one and installed it within 30 minutes. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurant, and all were lovely meals. The restaurant team were also very helpful - one noticed that I'd started some toast while I took my plate of food to my table, and so she stepped in, collected some butter and jam, and added my toast to a plate which she brought it over to the table for me. Attentive and helpful. The pool was also lovely and warm."

"We enjoyed the resort. Some things were worn down, like the gym and the room doors, but the hotel made up for these problems with its beauty, swimming pool, delicious food and excursions (we had luck to take a canal trip at sunset and got to see a variety of exotic birds like a purple heron and several kinhfishers.) We were among very few foreign guests and really liled that."
