"We had booked 2 nights. We left after the first one despite it being non-refundable. Room was on top floor under room no airconditioning and got really hot at night we couldn’t sleep. There was a portable air-cooling device that was exceptionally loud so no way to sleep with that on either. We spoke to another couple who had same problem.
