"Staff was extremely helpful—ordered us a taxi and had many recommendations to help us find stuff to do. The buffet was delicious and everything was clearly marked with allergens and they were able to answer questions for anything I needed double checked for my celiac. The pool connected to the room was freezing but everything else was very nice"

"Very nice facilities with the pool and bar. Just as a warning the photos really did not reflect the room we stayed in, but still a nice room. The road was slightly noisy outside with deliveries in the morning."

"The location is great, close to airport and beach. Facilities were more than adequate with good breakfasts and pool. Had an evening meal which was delicious, maybe a bit pricey.
The staff are super friendly and English is very good.
Room is basic, missed a proper shower, milk and double bed, only had 2 singles pushed together. I had to ask for milk from the reception.
Remember that Zakynthos water from the tap is not drinkable and you need to buy water from bottles. The hotels bottled water is...

6.8 out of 10, (9 reviews)

"The hotel in general is not well maintained, it's not falling apart though - not yet anyway.
There's loads of noise from the hallway, nextdoor neighbours and especially the upstairs neighbours.
The safety deposit box in the room is an additional €20 which is a bit of a joke really.
There was more artificial lights in the cafeteria than at a dentist clinic. The food was tasteless, but the place was clean.
The bar was your typical all-inclusive; wine as sour as your mother in law and the draught...

"The hotel beds are atrociously uncomfortable. NO wifi in the rooms whatsoever. Only in the lobby. The tv had one channel that was visible. The service is horrible. The rooms smell. Too much outside noise. "
