"Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. "

Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. "Spacious room, quite clean, and everything functional. Very well stocked minibar/fridge, welcome for late arrival. Breakfast buffet quite good. But, the location is not correct as given on the map in the listing. Had selected based on location in listing. That made it a negative experience overall, as it made me late for my morning appointment. "
