"Excellent hospitality "

"Gorgeous property with genuinely lovely staff. The on-site naturalist Chamu was particularly fantastic. I wanted to address two things that I believe could genuinely help the property improve. 1. Staff seems mainly hired from local community, which is lovely. We found everyone to have the absolute right attitude and approach to service. However, more training is required. None of the staff knew what an iced latte was or how to make any iced coffee drink without adding a ton of sugar. Several...

"Overall good experience. It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it. "

"It was mentioned breakfast is included. Just before having we checked and they told to have the breakfast. After eating they are saying you have to pay. "Hill Tree Inn was a very pleasant stay. The resort is relatively new and very well maintained. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was good however not really multi cuisine as advertised. The spa was very good as well. The offer of free wifi at the Inn is misleading as there was no wifi at all. I gather the availability is very poor at best and was not available the whole time we were there. All staff was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended."

"I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. I had to get on a call with hotels.com for 45 mins to sort it out during which the owner apparently told the hotels.com customer service agent that mountain was not visible because of fog/mist...a total...
