"Check-in at the counter was fast and efficient, which made for a smooth arrival. However, the first room we were given had several issues: the air conditioning was not working, the washroom was not clean, and the shower was not functioning properly. After raising these concerns, the staff promptly changed our room. The second room was much better; the air conditioning worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and overall it was a more pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful...

"Large pool with shade if required. The grounds are wonderfully tropical and well curated. Bures are private, roomy and the air conditioning works a treat. The large, fluffy bath towels are changed daily. All of the staff are terrific and the restaurant is well worth trying."

"For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. "
