I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. The phone was not picked up by any staff of the hotel. After getting in touch with Expedia, Expedia staff provided the wrong information of the hotel again. Finally, we found the correct hotel information on another booking website."
