"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Bayern Resort. The hotel is well maintained, clean and beautiful decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Patrizio the server at breakfast made everyone’s day providing superb service! The room was modern and clean. The only downsides were… 1) The SPA was closing early at 7.30pm which wasn’t described on Expedia or on the Hotels website. As we arrived close to 7pm, we only had 30min after check-in to enjoy it. Would have loved to enjoy it...

"Our stay at Hotel am Badersee was so cozy, comfortable and memorable. We would highly recommend a stay here if you will be in southern Bavaria and we would return here on a future visit to Germany. We spent the day at Zugspitze and this hotel was the perfect location to stay after that. We originally planned to spend 1 night only, but liked the hotel and location so much that we spent 2 nights and took the opportunity to take the bus (with the complementary bus passes provided by the hotel)...

"Enjoyed sauna and swimming pool, temperature of water was perfect for kids. Food was delicious and kids enjoyed ice cream in evenings. We took half board but with soup option 15 to 17 I would call it full board. Another advantage is kids space."

It is well positioned in the centre of Seefeld and it has excellent spa facilities although me and my wife being very reserved English nationals found it a shock and very humiliating to be told by a member of staff whilst in a crowded sauna that wearing swimwear was not allowed and only total nudity was permitted.
