"It was quite warm, the outside door couldn’t open completely (defect) so the heat stayed inside (no airco). Employees are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was okay, it was croudy and not everything that should be warm wasn’t warm. "

"Nice well kept hotel in the outskirts of Town. Only there one night. There was quite a language barrier if you’re not German speaking so google translate had to be used. Room was okay. Lighting was a bit dim for me. No kettle for coffee etc. "

"We had a great stay here, as we wanted to be close to relatives in Bad Zwischenahn, the location was ideal. Our room was clean and quiet. Most importantly comfy beds. We like the green day approach. Thank to the delightful Frau Sonia who kept the breakfast service tip top."

"Hotel has large grounds to walk and pool and sauna areas were nice. However, the facility is not as expected. There was some sort of construction occurring in the main building and it was very loud and began early in the morning. We had booked two regular rooms and one of the premium rooms. The regular rooms were smaller than anticipated. The premium room had cobwebs, a couple of spiders, and a curtain to the balcony that didn’t fully close. Perhaps if we had booked rooms in the newer building...

"Die Lage ist einmalig. Direkt am See. Frühstück toll. Personal nett. Negativ: yZimmer und Badeinrichtung alt auf keinen Fall 4 Sterneniveau. Was mich am meisten geärgert hat war einen Whisky Cola bestellt. Lt. Karte 7,90€ . Rrchnung dann 8,50€ . Hab 9,50 gegeben. Hab dann aber den Kellner angesprochen nachdem ich mir die Karte nochmal angeschaut habe. Kommentar: oh da ist die Karte noch nicht geändert, kostet jetzt 8,50. Mir geht es nicht um 60 cent aber so etwas ist nicht nur gerboten sondern...
