"This hotel is well located for the ski season. We stayed out of season, so the hotel was very quiet. The second night we stayed as the only guests. The hotel staff were very accommodating at opening breakfast early for our group so we could get on our way each day. The restaurant and bar were closed, but we had no problems finding nice restaurants a short walk away. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy with a nice shower."

"The hotel is very nice in nearly all respects. However, our single-night stay was a bit subpar, as we didn't get a full rest. Our room (#501) was located under a service area, with workers frequently using a heavy door that was opening/shutting very frequently starting at 7 am. The door shut noise was very audible and woke us up. The management should fix this issue, or warn their customers about it. "

"From our perspective, as a couple, this was not the hotel for us - we remembered what it was like to have children and it would have been a great location as it is lively and full of young families. The beach is good , the pools are busy and full of families. Our room was very sparsely furnished and our ‘private balcony’ was a very narrow ledge. "Facility grounds were nice but a bit dated. Rooms were very run down and left much to be desired. Safe did not work, door lock did not work, bathtub was small and had rust in it. Refrigerator was dirty, Closets had rope for door handles, air conditioning did not go lower than 22 degrees Celsius. Beds were very hard, Felt like sleeping on a board. "

"Hotel is old/dated & needs TLC. Bed was terrible - too hard, & room small. Buffet food was bland & not up to our standard. Pool was nice but over-crowded with local visitors/families. Service was generally slow - esp around the pool. Hotel felt very isolated & not close to tourist spots that we wanted. Overall, maybe a nice hotel for locals &/or young families, but not for mature couples lookng for something of nicer quality & closer to touristy spots."
