"I regret booking this place, it’s very dull and needs a lot of maintenance, the wardrobe was outside our room, how in earth do you expect people to keep their clothes in the wardrobe placed on a passage where everyone has access on? There was no dustbin in our room and the toilet, I was not even told where the kitchen was, I booked for 2 people, but there was one glass, one towel for the entire 2days. However, there is a shared kitchen which is available to prepare any other meals…it is not in good condition at all and needs some serious TLC if the space is to be offered for guest use. "Have been using Redlands for over 20 years - even celebrated milestone family events at the hotel. Never again - it is in a very poor state of disrepair with many things broken and staff have an apathetic attitude towards customer service. Dont believe the manager when she says the air conditioners are being fixed - we were told the same thing nearly a year ago and still broken. We chose to give Redlands another chance because of the convenience of its location - rather be inconvenienced and stay elsewhere! A great shame! "
