"O apartamento é bom, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de USD 180 adicionais de taxa de luz. TAXA DE LUZ!! Mesmo não sendo mencionada no email ou aplicativo do Hoteis.com. O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima. "I purchased a couple of nights in this resort for my sister as a birthday present. She had such a good time. The place is beautiful , it has amazing sunsets, big rooms, a big swimming pool, spa, and a good continental breakfast. It is the right place to relax. Next time I will try it for myself. "

"My only problem was check in, is a pain to do it and u need to go different places to check with all the adults and that make more difficult to do. Other then that is a good place to relax in family or alone is a lot stuff to do. Love it. "

"St Michel ist eigentlich ein Landhotel..zum Wellness Hotel besteht zwar der Anfang einer Infrastruktur, aber insgesamt macht das Hotel einen unfertigen und etwas ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Suite ist ein eher kleines und einfaches Zimmer, während die De-Luxe Suite tatsächlich dem Anspruch entspricht. Die Suite ist zu teuer, De-Luxe entspricht dem Preisniveau. Obwohl das Hotel leer war, bekamen wir keinen Upgrade in die De-Luxe Suite."
