The Valet service especially Angel was extremely helpful, kind and courteous and was the best part of my stay at the Berkeley. It’s the small details that matter and valet service like Angel makes the difference in a hotel stay. The Berkeley hotel is my hotel for all my trips to Richmond and make sure to ask for Angel — he is one of the best !!!"
