"The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it."

"The property was hard to find as the building is called jadim Milano not Roomin Milano. The person sent to help us didn’t identify herself as such- we thought she was a friend of the receptionist. After we finally got in, the room was great. Spacious, everything we needed, location was good and shopping close by. "
