"A decent stay altogether. Room was clean and service was good. The gym is small but has the basics, although it's warm there and the water cooler wasn't functioning at the time. The location is ok but still need to walk about 20/25 minutes to the centre of town, but the bus links are good if you don't fancy the walk. Staff were friendly and there's a nice bar open most of the time in the lobby."

"I was given underground parking for 9 nights free in a spacious carpark, extremly friendly staff, when you walk by any hotel staff always greeted with hello or good day, food at the Coucheron restaurant was great in the evening overlooking the pink lake. Lovely spacious room too 5 Star."

"This is a ghost place where you don't even see reception. It was very scary movement as I was alone for entire property. I have left the place within single night though I had three nights reservation."

"We stayed a week at a Helgafell suite in the beginning of November. The suite was in two floors with a sundeck on roof. Modern interior, 2 BR, 2 bath and one toilet. The house in located in the Allegra gated community, pools in the area (not heated). Everything worked well, friendly and helpful host. Parking in the community area and street parking available. Good internet. Grocery stores within walking distance, restaurants, pubs and other stores in the town."

Special thanks to Borja (concierge), Stafane (bartender), Jose (grounds manager), and many others who’ve treated us with such warmth and care. The bedroom is pure comfort — the mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept on, and the room is spotless. As for the food… it’s exceptionally exquisite — every meal has been a treat. "We only stayed the 1 night before an early flight but found the hotel excellent and good value. Obviously a great location for the airport (10 minute drive) but also walking distance to a good selection of bars and restaurants. The room was modern, comfortable and very clean. (the only issue if it was an issue was a surprise visitor during the night a rather large cockroach that had to be disposed of) However, I'm sure we'll use again."

"We stayed for 5 nights and it was really enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was brilliant in the room. There is a spar supermarket across the road and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where there’s buses every 15/20 minutes to bring you into the centre and it takes about 15 minutes on the bus. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. We didn’t include breakfast but we did enquire one morning and it was €19 per person which we felt was a bit pricey. We made use of the rooftop area and used the sun loungers and the pool. Towards the weekend on the Friday and Saturday it was very busy and we didn’t get loungers.!"
