"Excellent room service, cleanliness, perfect balcony over the river. Bed is a bit hard, but ok. Very quiet. Lounge chair will not fit through balcony door, but ottoman will."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was with the thermostat. The room temperature got to 79 degrees in the middle of the night and I was unable to lower the temperature. The thermostat appeared to be locked. It resolved itself in the morning."
