"The property was totally misrepresented. I’m sick of properties not disclosing critical information like 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. No elevator! Very poor amenities in the condo; in fact, non existent. Overall, it was the worst experience yet. Never will book through Hotels.com again and certainly not Exceptional Stays!"

The BEST Stay Ever

"The entire hotel experience was of the absolute highest quality. I can honestly say it was the best ever in terms of customer service, amenities, location and comfort. The staff were ALL attentive, personable and appeared to be happy doing their best to make you feel at home. The location near the gondolas was very convenient and the surrounding area was like a small European Village with a small pond, cafes and open plaza with evening mini-concerts. Included breakfast was always lovely. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you Inn at Lost Creek for being a hospitality icon!! We won’t stay anywhere else when we are in Telluride. "
