"The hotel staff are very pleasant and the beach club staff are exceptional. I paid extra for the option of having a beach club (5 min walk down from the hotel) so be able to relax after site-seeing. The spa is ok - sauna is a bit funky smelling and could do with renovation. Also, though there are signs asking for guests to be quiet, the hotel does nothing to stop loud groups taking selfies in the area - NOT relaxing at all. This is pricey, but there are so many great food options in close...

"Excellent hotel located close to the ferry to Valletta and restaurants/bars/shops. Lovely views of the Valletta from the balcony. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The rooms were well equipped with all the basics including an iron, hairdryer and robe/slippers. There is a fridge and kettle. The sleep quality was good and the bed linen of good standard. Staff were lovely and could help enough. I would highly recommend this hotel and would return in an instant. "

"Likes - comfortable bed, good facilities, nice breakfast, good sized pool terrace. Dislikes - room opposite lift, bedroom not v dark though good curtains - light from under door, flashing smoke alarm, strange light on ceiling in corner of a room, aircon light etc At bottom of street so need to be ok with walking up many steep streets to get to centre but then Valetta is hilly! A building is being refurbed at end of street so cranes, workmen etc"

"Have stayed many times over the years. Friendly Staff Excellent Breakfast Very Clean Standard Room Great Value For Money. Only problem for myself this time was that the corridors to your rooms are very noisy due to tiled floors and not enough soft furnishings to dampen down the sound. Also the music around the pool area (Top Deck) is awful it needs to be addressed. "

"It’s a really nice location. The bus was just down the road, with shops both high end and normal. Really loved this location. The hotel was good too. The breakfast was decent, however there were a lot of fruit flies buzzing around the food… for that reason didn’t eat much. No complementary water given either. "

"Location is perfect, short walk to good restaurants and supermarkets. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the balcony is too tight to feel comfortable tho, but the view from the marina was beautiful! Air conditioning for me was the best I ever had in Malta. One star removed because the breakfast was underwhelming, bacon could be crispy, not a lot of fresh options either, no poured coffee only from those machines. Pool could’ve be bigger but we always found room for us, if I could ask for one...

"Great hotel! Very central in St Julian’s and easy to get around. Friendly staff and the rooms are very spacious. The pool on the roof is a great touch to the hotel but have limited sun beds so keep an eye out for busy times. Only downside would be that there are road works directly in-front of the hotel, making it difficult to get to in a car and the surrounding pavements aren’t in the best conditions (be careful at night). I would recommend to stay here."
