"Excellent property and hotel. Amazing location. After a delay in check-in, manager provided beverage at Bar. Manager provided good customer service . In future, if a delay in check in, just pay the 20 bucks and go to spa, well worth it and it helps with waiting if you have frustrated teens. Overall, excellent and will return."

Overall standard not as good as other Novotel , room with no fridge , no safe , no body lotion , shower area not that practical … Okay for one night , wouldn’t want to stay longer …"

"Hotel, restaurant and staff are really nice. Having an electric car meant that it was really helpful having the Tesla superchargers in the car park. Hotel employees were also very lovely with our Labrador. Would happily stay here again."
