"Great Visit"

"Major problem: dirty (brown!) water flowing in the sink and the shower. When reported to Hotel Management, they only said that “the hotel is not responsible”, that “I should just wait for the water to clear”. This happened 4 days out of my 9-day stay. Shocked and disappointed that the Hotel Management is not acknowledging the health risks for its customers. I sent an email to the owner, Mme Françoise Puene (Mamy) Nyanga. She did not respond. "Je suis femme seule en séjour à Yaoundé pour la première fois. Le personnel ici est professionnel et chaleureux. Je me suis sentie bien accueillie et en sécurité à chaque instant à cet hôtel. Le restaurant offre des repas de qualité, le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est excellent. La terrasse située à l’avant de l’hôtel, donnant sur la rue est un espace très agréable. Situé tout près de l’Institut français, endroit agréable à visiter. Hôtel fortement recommandé!"
