"This has been my favourite hotel stay yet! The hospitality was exceptional, the food was incredible, the room spacious, chic, and super comfortable! But the highlight was definitely the team who took care of every detail and treated us like VIPs! I highly recommend and I hope to return! "

"Great clean hotel specially for NRI standards, Love the hospitality vibes and surroundings are calm, quiet, parking is easy. Staff is ok, Had a bit of confusion on third guest but owner himself stepped in to put the matter to justice. Rooftop area is impressive, enough staff to listen to your needs, everything is elegant, stylist and cleaning parameters is top class, Not a pinch of dirt anywhere. I personally like the twin bed set up is cute. Would highly recommend this hotel, owner himself is...

"Comfortable, clean and convenient - value for money"

"Overall its a nice well maintained property. It's clean and well positioned. The breakfast options were really good. However i had a concern on the quality of the mattress as one side of the bed was not comfortable and I even got back ache because the bedding was sinking in."

"Staffs were great- excellent communication, prompt and competent. They really nailed customer service. The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them...

"The staff were highly unprofessional and started to ask for unnecessary money after checkout On questioning they threatened me that they will call cops if i do not pay. I ended up paying because cops were there and that was poor service"

"I loved The Fort, it had enough amenities to match its style, what a beautiful property, if you love history you will love the Fort, the staff are lovely, so friendly, so helpful, the surrounding shops are full of lovely people too. The 4 poster bed I had was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, they don't make them like that anymore. The food was so tasty too, Im going to go back thats for sure! Excellent value for money too, i thought they were joking when I got my bill :D "

"You have to pay for everything at this property including heater, dental kit, slippers, water bottle etc. These items are not included in your booking so please make sure you have all the essentials if you want to book a room at this property which I would never recommend!"

"We had a short vacation at the resort and the place is really awesome with lush green hills @ 360 degrees of the location. The approach to the location is little harsh and I recommend all to talk to hotel staff for the directions before your trip or a small Hint ( Use Nahan Road to reach the location). Hospitality was really good and a thanks note to Tamanna for making our travel convenient during the stay. "
