"Two brothers operate the hotel between the Saone and the Rhone rivers. They know the restaurants, night spots, museums and monuments in Vieux Lyon and new, and safest places for 2 elders to go. Very convenient to everything and not a far taxi, Uber, or bus ride from the main train station. They even arranged for a package to be sent to the USA! We got our breakfast around the corner at a little cafe and our lunch at a farmers market along the Quai Saone."

"Very convenient location across from gare de Lyon and all other public transportations. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a very large shopping center. My only biggest complain is the lack of help from the staff at the reception failing to give me the proper information for parking my rental car. I had to ask very detail questions about rate, and ways to park. I was NOT given any access or exit codes or proper instructions on how to access the garage and how to get into it. Since the procedure requires many codes punched at different steps, a map or written instructions would have been helpful. Instead I was left to be stuck in and out of the garage. Having a different exit code was not intuitive."

"My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff tried to help but I don't think they really understood what I was trying to say. The directions from the airport (if you were outside) were really confusing. It took me a while to find it. I did really like the room though. The bathroom actually had some hooks which so many hotels fail to have. I appreciated the efforts of the staff. My French is lousy...not their fault my explanation fell short."
