"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. Close to all brand name shopping, mall and walking distance to the Louve and many more places. Subway and hop on hop off bus across the street. Very convenient. "

"Un excelente hotel, muy bien situado, muchos restaurantes, teatros, panaderías artesanales y supermercados cerca. Para llegar o movilizarse es muy fácil, tienen paradas de metro a pocos metros como Cadet o incluso Grand Boulevard Ubicado en una zona muy segura. Respecto a la limpieza, es impecable, en nuestro caso que tengo esposa e hijos alérgicos al polvo no tuvieron problema alguno. Aunque el piso es en alfombra esta exageradamente limpio.
