"Staff are great. Abhishek to complete care of me and constantly checked in to see that I was okay and if I needed anything. Other members of staff were also very nice very welcoming and also went the extra mile to ensure I was okay. The thing about this hotel is it’s five star and you get five star which I can say other hotels claimed to be five star and they don’t give you that five star service the food the room the area the cleanliness everything about this Taj hotel is top-notch. I would highly recommend everyone staying here at least once, if not multiple times. The station is really close as walkable we got plenty of shops in the area. It’s a buzzing area with restaurants also in the vicinity. "

"Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side."
