"It was my first time staying in an Only You property and it surpassed all of my expectations. The property was brand new and everything from the lobby, bar, and all the seating areas was exquisitely decorated. The room was also gorgeous and equipped with every amenity you can imagine—ladies there was a flatiron and tweezers kept among many other items in a beautiful box in the bathroom! The shower pressure was also incredibe. And not the mention the outstanding service by all the hotel staff....

Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. "We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...

"It was my first time staying in an Only You property and it surpassed all of my expectations. The property was brand new and everything from the lobby, bar, and all the seating areas was exquisitely decorated. The room was also gorgeous and equipped with every amenity you can imagine—ladies there was a flatiron and tweezers kept among many other items in a beautiful box in the bathroom! The shower pressure was also incredibe. And not the mention the outstanding service by all the hotel staff. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is located a 30 min walk away from the historic centre of the city which wasn’t at all an issue for us."
